Mission Statement
Our goals are many fold, but most importantly, we want to be the primary resource to employers for skilled technicians or tradesmen in the Office Machine Repair, Certified Fiber Optic Technician and Telecommunications Industries, or the Electrician's Helper, Plumber's Helper or Building Maintenance trades. Secondly, as a Licensed Vocational Training School, we want to provide our students with the most up-to-date, high-tech and comprehensive training available. As our school has grown we have added more training opportunities to our course offerings. The OSHA-10 and OSHA-30 courses provide the necessary safety training for tradesmen to work on any jobsite in NYC. THE CPCT and CFOT courses offer a higher level of training for our Telecommunications graduates. And soon we will be adding the A+ and Network+ training to both our Telecommunications and Photocopier majors.
The secret to our 30+ years of success is really very simple. We provide our students with the best training available, add job development and placement assistance, and then combine our graduates with the best employers in the business. Our graduates have gained employment with Industry Leaders like Canon, Verizon, Xerox, Cablevision, Konica-Minolta, Time Warner Cable, Sharp, Comcast, Panasonic, AC Klem, NYC MTA, NYC HRA, and many, many others. As a result, employers get skilled technicians free of charge, and our students get new careers. What could be easier?
