Individual Module Grades and Attendance Policy: In addition to the requirements described above, each student must complete and pass all of the individual modules associated with their course of study. Students who miss more than 5 days of class (or 30+ training hours) during any individual module will automatically fail that module, and need to retake the module at a later date in order to graduate. Students who have prior knowledge of their future absences are strongly encouraged to bank classroom hours during a module in order to offset any absenteeism.
Attendance - In addition to the requirements outlined in the Standards of Progress: Sections 1-3 above, students are also required to be in compliance with QBITTI attendance policies found on page 22 of the student catalog. Students must complete all of the scheduled hours of training in each training module, unless otherwise directed by QBITTI staff, to be in accordance with QBITTI Standards of Progress regulations. Students who fail to meet the minimum requirements as described by the Standards of Progress, as set forth in this catalog, will automatically be placed on either academic and/or attendance probation. Students will be informed by QBITTI staff when placed on probation, and provided with counseling and a corrective action plan in order to remedy the situation.QBITTI staff will work closely with the student in an effort to help them improve their standing. Students are also encouraged to seek extra-help from our instructional staff throughout the course if needed.
